I ordered the blue, and it is a soft gun-metal blue color. The zippers are gold-tone and would be nicer in silver, but work just fine. When opened the four panels are a wee bit longer than our former 'MaryKay' cosmetic organizer: from the top of the hanging hook to the bottom of the fourth pocket is over a yard long. It's easier to hang in on the back of the door rather than somewhere above the vanity, because of the length. It folds up much flatter though and is much easier to pack than our former organizer. I would recommend this!

It didn't fit a lot and the one bottle of shower gel I had seemed to make the bag sag in one area and made the shaping of the bag change to the point much of anything else would not fit. This bag fits full size mouthwash shower gel. I even have room now for my makeup and brushes. It has so many compartments. It's very durable. I like the variety of colors as my old bag only came in black and grey.

My husband and I travel a lot. I first bought this to use as a nicer travel first aid kit for road trips and cruises as I was tired of carrying around the hard-sided, unattractive store-bought kit. It turned out to be much more spacious than I imagined, and even when packed with items that were bulkier, it was easy to fold and close. So I got a second one and converted it into a travel coffee/tea/beverage station. It holds my travel electric kettle, a variety of tea, instant coffee, and drink mixes, and everything I need to make coffee in my car or hotel room on the go. Maybe one day I'll actually get a third and use it for toiletries. They sit nice and flat in my suitcase like packing cubes just ready and waiting for me to pull out and unfold. The hook is pretty sturdy and because it swivels, is easy to hang on doors, hooks, towel bars, and the like.

This bag is great! There is so much space and I love how some of the compartments are fully enclosed in plastic. I would always use Ziploc bags when travelling so that if something exploded my belongings wouldn't get ruined. So this bag totally removes the need for that!
